My online order has been cancelled 2 times now

II am a new customer and I've placed two orders already in the system. My first one has been cancelled for security reasons as the person who I spoke with advised me, they told me to place a new order because that one was already cancelled (Phone and sim number) and they would call me to confirm so this would not happen again.

I placed a new order, and nothing happened, no one called me, and it looks like they have cancelled my order again. It's been a nightmare trying to speak with someone, and now it looks like I have 2 sim numbers from Virgin. 

I still want to order my phone, I can't believe its been so hard since I've been following all the process right.
