My new Sim Card has gone to my mother instead of me

Hi,

I registered a new sim monthly card on 14th April in my name A Metzger and in my email address and it said that it would be sent in 3 - 5 working days. The card turned up today but in my mums name rather my mine - why is that?

I'm sorry to hear that there has been some sort of mix up with the registration of your SIM card and I have sent you a private message so I can investigate this matter further.
