My mobile data is very poor

I recently upgraded to the s20 fe 5g but since ive had it i can not get any mobile data, or if i do its very poor, it is very annoying im paying X amount each mobile for data i cam not use please help

Hi jase050386 thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear your data signal has been poor since the upgrade to 5G.  Do you know if the data signal is the same if you place the SIM in another handset?  Also does your data issue you're having impact you wherever you are? Are your other services working correctly?  As in calls and texts?   Also have you seen this?  I appreciate it was originally made for 4G, but the principle is the same.
