Hi there 

I recently had to order a new sim and my IPhone isn’t accepting it. It’s saying it needs to be unlocked. 

Is this something VM can do or do I have to go else where an get this done?

Different forums are saying different things.

Where did you buy the phone originally. If Virgin the will need to unlock it. If not then it will be the network on which it was first used
