Multiple Mobile Accounts

I have two mobile accounts, but the system only recognises the log-in details of one of them.

Appreciate you bringing this to us. Can you confirm if the two mobile accounts are being registered under one email address?

If that's the case, it will only recognise one log in details.

That's correct, I have both numbers linked to the same email address.  How to I change my log-on details - given that I currently log-on??

Hi TridentGuy,

 

Thank you for confirming. If both numbers are on the same internal account at our end, you would only need the one set of login details and both should be shown on the same online account.

 

If you have two separate internal accounts, you would need completely separate login details. If this is the case, we would need to delete one of the duplicate accounts so you can create it again with new details.

 

Do you know whether your two mobiles are on the same account or separate?

Thanks for the advice.  They are two separate accounts under ONE email address.  I have now set up a another email address for the second account.
