Mobile

Virgin for years sim only and was told unless I have a phone of them can not keep my virgin number

Sounds like you had a call from one of Virgin's pushy sales people who make anything up to get a sale/commission??.

Would like to hear full details from you, like what sim-only plan your on, 30day rolling or 12 month sim contract, also how you were/who told you this.

I  am on a 30day rolling so what they told me was rubbish I can still keep my number on sim only and yes it was a phone call

Certainly sounds like very bad/sick sales trick to me 😞

To put your mind at 100% rest, I suggest you use the customer service text service 07533016422 open 8am to 10pm weekdays, 8am to 6pm weekends.

Just start off with a text saying "account enquiry" or something like that, when they reply, text them what happened and they can check your account over for you 🙂
