Mobile sim set up

Just received my mobile sim after signing up for ultimate oomph bundle  but rest of bundle isn’t getting installed until November . How soon can I install the sim into my existing phone ?

The SIM would go live when the bundle does, so it will be then you can start using it 🙂

Hi john , thanks for your reply . I phoned customer services and they said it was live straight away so I’m now officially confused ! If I don’t use it until November when bundle is fitted will the sim not have expired ?

You would be better off posting in the correct forum, this one is for V6 TV TiVo box.

On other posts I've seen, the general advice is start using the SIM now.
