On using my phone the sound even if phoning a land-line keeps breaking up and the sound goes all squiggly - it usually connects fine and then after a few seconds goes wrong. I just made a call to the NHS booking service and heard all the options but as soon as I chose one and was put through to a rep it broke up.
It seems to happen mainly in my house but the signal bar shows 2 bars on my phone today when it happened.
Any ideas on what's going wrong?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear that you're having an issue like this - it does sound from your post that there might be a connection issue to the local mast. Have you been able to check this when you're out and about - does anything change? Also do you have WiFi calling active on your phone? This could help you in the case of any connection issues.
