I ordered a new iphone package from you over the weekend, signed all the documents and now the website is down, and I received an email tonight saying i've cancelled my order when I haven't do anything of a sort the Iphone, ipad and airpods should of arrived today.,
Can anyone Help me please. It's for my daughter birthday and Now it will miss it, I'm not impress so far.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused, especially as this was a birthday present for you daughter. Can we ask how you placed the order? Was this over the phone with our Mobile sales team or online?
Unfortunately, as the order has been cancelled, you will need to speak directly to our Mobile sales team on 0800 052 02380 and get a new order placed as this is not something we deal with from our community forums.
