Mobile phone cancellation

I had ordered a Huawei P20 Pro from Virgin media on Saturday 23rd March. I was them notified my order was parked and received a call on Monday 25th saying I had passed the credit check but could not be given the phone I wanted. The person offered me two other phones, which I said I didn't want, and I expressed to her that I would like to cancel the order. She said she would leave the order as it was and hung up the phone. It is still parked but I would like to cancel the order of the phone. How can I go about this?

I've checked a similar thread about this, you can just leave the parked order as it is and ensure you that the orde rwill not go through. If you want to make sure, you can call their retention team to cancel it for you.
