Have been with Virgin mobile for years just updated to a new phone and sim and away on holiday in Cyprus and my phone won't connect to a network.
Have tried all the usual things- logged into account made sure data roaming on and international call barring off. Also tried to connect manually.
Still can't connect so unable to make or receive calls and texts and no data.
Any suggestions as to why this has happened?
