Hello, I've been with Virgin Mobile for 2 years now and today I've noticed my mobile network showing as O2 UK instead of Virgin and I'm no longer getting a 5G connection, only 4G. Does anyone know what going on?

Shows I have good 4G coverage which is not true as the signal drops all the time. I have a 5G phone I was happy with 5G coverage. Now I’m stuck with O2 whom only have about 50% 5G coverage in the UK.
Spoke to customer services and told them they have gone backwards with their mobile coverage and that I will be charging to a different mobile supplier.
