Mobile issue

The last few days my mobile. signal keeps going to T Mobile. When I reset to Virgin it's ok for an hour or so then changes again to T Mobile even when the phone is in the same location like indoors.   Have seen some comments that some are not getting any signal from Virgin is there a reason?

Sorry to hear this

We are in the process of updating our Mobile Network and using Vodafones network for 5g 

Have you noticed this happening in various locations 

I can take a look at this for you if you wish

Thanks for those details 

I have had a look and can see the Mast near Gildea Park Station has had some planned work on it for the last 3 days 

Which will be the reason your signal keeps dropping in and out 

This will be finished as soon as possible
