I'm afraid I don't have many explanations of why it keeps happening. There could be a problem with the dongle or SIM card. There could also be a signal issue but I don't have access to your account so I can't say for certain.
If it continues to happen I'd recommend calling technical support on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. They'll be able to check on this further.
Looking back at my previous posts this happens regularly. No one ever sorts it out though.
Plug in dongle & when I press connect it immediately disconnects, done this every day for the last 10 days. Every day I have uninstalled & re-installed, nothing. Happens at work & at home. & yes I still pay the bill.
