Mobile deal

Hi i ordered a phone on Saturday and said would hear in a day or 2 and ive not heard anything and phone was meant to get delivered today and i also can't log into my virgin mobile account

Exactly the same thing has happened to me

I cannot express how rude it is to tell a customer you will be in touch within 2 days and then not bother

Any chance you can help me out too Tom please?
