No brand, but the details are Specification:

Display:5.0 inch, 960*540Px
Phonebook: 500
Message: SMS/MMS
Rington:MP3/MIDI/WAV
Earphone Port:3. 5mm
Loudspeaker.318 BOX speaker
FM Radio: Yes, earphone needed
Plug Standered: EU,US,UK,AU, carnt get mobile Internet whe out and about only home WiFi, I did try texting All to the number given by customer service 3 time but never got reply, pluss carnt see anything for APN settings only VPN 3G Network : wcdma 850/2100

Hi Sally44, 

Sorry you're still having an issue with this. 

Do you have settings within the handset for data?

Are they switched on, including 4G as this can be an extra to switch on with some handsets? 

Have you tried the SIM in another handset to check data is working on the SIM?

Yes we have checked all data switches are on, and the sim works fine,

Can you try a different SIM to see if it works in this phone?

 

Can you try going into your Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Access Point Names and manually enter the APN settings by using the details here ?
