My internet is either not working or very very slow that the pages I try to open just time out I have plenty of data on my mobile so I would like to know if there’s an issue?

No this is a mobile data issue and has been happening for 2 days

Through the network selection is it "Automatic"?

How do you mean? I’m talking about being outside my house and using mobile data it’s not working properly

No no problems I’ve reset network settings still the same

Could you please check to ensure your handset is completely up to date with software. 

Are you having any issues when attempting to make calls or send texts when in the property or is the issue primarily with data usage?
