I recently signed up for unlimited data package so that I can video stream for work. I'm shocked to see that I am not even getting 4g in Leyton, just H+! The download speed in just over 2mbps and the upload speed is much worse. Is this a wide ranging issue in Leyton or just the street I am on? Is there a solution provided by Virgin for this?

I just followed instructions about the Network Access Name and called 789. They said there is a fault in the area but no ETA.
I can't work or connect with my wife in Spain. I never saw this one coming.
I bought a Google Pixel 5 and Virgin unlimited data so that I could work in an around London. But I'm getting nothing in this location where I'll be living for the next few months.
I don't know what to do. I'm a remote worker.
