My son has a Samsung galaxy s10e and the mobile data has not worked for over 12 months.
I have tried everything I've seen on here - manually added the apn settings, even tried loads of different ones I found online - none work. I've sent the text with the word all and received a text back with the settings, that didn't work either.
Virgin even sent a new SIM card but even that hasn't worked. I don't know what to do, trying to convey any of this over the phone to the robots that answer the phone is painful.
