Hi, I changed to a Virgin mobile Sim Only deal in September last, and for the first couple of months everything was great. However, over the last couple of months or so, I've noticed that I'm not getting any mobile data service at all when away from my home wifi. I had good 4G, now I don't have anything.
I've checked my mobile data is switched on, Network set to automatic, there is coverage in my area. I've turned the phone off and on, but I never did anything to my phone in the first place to change any settings.
