I have been in Tenerife since Sunday and have not been able to access mobile data since my arrival. Everything is turned on. I can text and make calls but no data. I have been in contact with virgin via 789 yesterday and today but nothing has been resolved. Technician asked me to access sim toolkit but it is not in my apps and I cannot find it. If this is to be the case every time I go abroad then my device would have to be considered not fit for use.
