I want a copy of my contract sent to me by email as I have mislaid it and I'm finding it so difficult to try and get it could you help please

I'm sorry to hear you've mislaid your contract. We just need to confirm what it is you want as depending on your package, there may be 2 parts. 

If you're wanting your SIM contract then this can be found by logging in to your account here. 

If you're wanting a copy of your credit agreement for your handset then this can be obtained by entering the relevant details here.
