Mobile broadband new sim unlock code

I received a new sim from Virgin as they said I needed one to set up a spend cap. Sim arrived, put in dongle & laptop, needs a nck code. Read the letter & it said if not printed on the letter call us. Obviously not printed on the letter that would be too easy.

Called Virgin mobile, passed around through 6 different people took 1.5 hours & got nowhere. The last person I spoke to seemed to know what he was talking about & said someone would call me back. This was 3 days ago & hasnt happened. 

Please can I have an nck code?

Yes it was supplied by Virgin! Still had no reply or promised call

If it was the old SIM then it will be locked to EE as those SIM cards were basically rebadged EE the new ones aren't.

As you bought it from Virgin it is up to them to supply the unlock code.

Is the piece of equipment you need to be unlocked registered on your account?
