I received a new sim from Virgin as they said I needed one to set up a spend cap. Sim arrived, put in dongle & laptop, needs a nck code. Read the letter & it said if not printed on the letter call us. Obviously not printed on the letter that would be too easy.
Called Virgin mobile, passed around through 6 different people took 1.5 hours & got nowhere. The last person I spoke to seemed to know what he was talking about & said someone would call me back. This was 3 days ago & hasnt happened.
