Since beginning of March my virgin mobile app doesn't show my actual balance. I've reinstalled the app with no results. Appreciate any help in this matter. Thanks

Will you be able to tell me more on the discrepancies between your actual balance and what's showing on your Virgin Mobiile App? Apart from your balance, how are the other functions of the app going?

Everything else is working fine. Just balance not showing. See pic attached.

As per checking we don't have yet any information with regards to the error that you're getting,which you cant view your actual balance. Already reported the issue that you have with your mobile app.
In the meantime, you can call 789 to check the balance on your mobile service.
