Mobile account access

No matter what i try i cannot create a virgin mobile account, i created a new email as customer services told me i couldnt use my virgin media one, i have ensured that the password meets the correct standard, correct number, details and still nothing,  i have got to have tried this at least 100 times now... can anyone help?

What error message are you seeing please?

Tried this several times, in explorer, chrome multiple devices....
