Hi,
Spoke to an agent 48 hours ago who tried to get me to sign up to a mobile phone and contract but happy with my sim only contract.
Never had a problem with Virgin but since this phone call my phone no longer accepts calls and I cannot call out, have tried my sim in another phone and still the same, did the agent block me from calling or something? All my other features, txt messages and mobile data works it just seems very strange this happened after I spoke to the agent, despite me being on this contract for 10+ Years.
The message on my mobile states - sim cannot make and accept calls : virgin number not valid conditional call forwarding active.
I have checked all settings too and nothing has changed, also been trying the chat and been in a que for many hours and no luck getting through to anyone.
Can you help on here please?
