Mobile reception on my virgin mobile has dropped considerably in the last 6 weeks in and around my home and area. I've had virgin mobile for a few years as have my family and we are all experiencing this loss in reception to the extent we may need to move provider if not resolved. Any idea why this has happened and how to resolve?

Possibly you have been moved off EE and onto Virgin's new provider which is Vodafone.
