Hi All,
I have logged in to my virgin media account but can not find out when I am due an upgrade. My phone has been playing up and does not hold the charge so wanted to see if I was eligible for either an early upgrade or an upgrade in general. How do I go about finding this out on the website?

Once you log into your online account it will advise you of any upgrade options, there is a upgrade banner at the top of the page. If you are unsure of the date then you'll needs to log into your mobile contract section of your online account. You can find out more here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-mobile-understanding-my-contract
