Cheers. I've tried calling this number but I get an automated message asking me to press key options of 1 - 3 (Option 2 for mobile). Unfortunately the automation does not recognise me pressing any of these keys and they promptly cuts off the call!
Welcome to the Community Forum. I'm sorry that you're unable to access your roaming service while travelling abroad.
I have reset roaming on the network for you and can confirm that this is now showing activated on both the Virgin Mobile and EE network (roaming has to activate on both systems to work and sometimes it fails to update the EE server, so causes a problem even though it is activated on the Virgin system).
Please reboot your phone (you may need to remove your battery or switch airplane mode on and off) to pick up a network. If you are still having problems, it could be the APN settings on the phone.
