I also have a parked mobile order. I ordered it on 27th Jan and still have no idea what is happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Order still parked and still no word from Virgin Mobile or anyone else. Pretty poor service so far. I'm in two minds to cancel my order and order a new mobile from elsewhere at this point.

Absolute waste of time company, can't give me the deal I placed on the 30 Jan as it's ran out, more interested in getting me to sign up to some other crappy deal, counting down the days for you to increase my VIP tv package so I can leave.Apps don't work right, I'm sorry I left SKY now......
