I'm on sim only contract and over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that my phone switches from 4G to H or H+ as soon as I try to make a call, within a few seconds the signal just disappears and the call drops. I have to rebooted the phone and changed some of the network settings but no change.
Just a quick question, have you attempted to use the SIM card in a different handset at all? This would be a good way to identify if this is an issue with the SIM card, and indeed our coverage or the handset that you're using.
Any additional information on the handset, such as model and manufacturer as well as age and supplier (is this a on a Freestyle contract through Virgin Media for instance) would also be helpful
It showed that EE Indoors was an issue, but as I said before this has only been a problem over the last few weeks. Prior to this it hasn't been an issue. It's not only this area where I've lost signal.
