My Mobile Data has stopped working - recent activity - Virgin have given me 10GB of data plus they sent me a new sim card which I inserted as per the instructions. I've tried switching on plane mode , switching off mobile data then reversing that. I've also switched phone off, removed sim card, left for at least 30 seconds then re-inserted sim card. Moile data still not working. Any suggestions?
Unfortunately no I haven't. It is so frustrating not being able to use it when I'm away from a Wifi source. Virgin have awarded me a 10GB data boost for the coming month but what use is that if I can't connect to the internet via Mobile Data.
