Mobile Data not working

I have recently moved into a new flat and am experiencing problems using my mobile data. I have had a new SIM card installed but this does not seem to have made much improvement. Would buying a signal booster help?

Not quite sure if virgin offers a signal booster. Is it a slow connection or no connection at all?

It works most of the time, it's just really slow generally. Occasionally itwilli drop out completely fora few minutes then come back.

Are you in a busy or densely populated area ? 

Is it worse in peak times e.g. lunchtime, rush hour etc?

Yes it is busy and densely populated, with a lot of offices and businesses nearby. The signal doesn't seem to be any better in the evening although it is quicker when I stand right by the window.

There you go then, lots of people have the same issue in busy areas. I don't think their infrastructure can support the customer base in these places.
