Mobile Contract cancelled with 14 days but still billed

I took out a contract for Sim only on the 22/11 but cancelled it on the 25/11 as I got a better contract with another provider.

On the 6th December Virgin took from via Direct Debit £25.00, how do I get this refunded when I don't have a contract with them
