Message failure

I’m getting ‘not delivered’ on messages that aren’t going to another iPhone. I have a iPhone12 and I’m new to Virgin.

Sorry to hear that you are having message issues. Can you clarify what kind of message, such as SMS or iMessage or whatsapp?
