I have lost my roaming connection in madeira. I had it when I landed but lost it after I rang virgin mobile to turn on my data roaming. I was told it would take an hour but shortly after I lost my phone connection.
Thus is serious as I cannot make phone calls. Not even to virgin mobile to find out why.
How can this be rectified as I am here for another 10 days?
