Lost sim

I lost my sim card on 6th June in Thailand, I sent 5 emails to VM asking them to send a new sim card to my home address for when I get back, I have had no response from anyone regarding if they have received my emails or have sent a new sim or blocked my old one,the sim I have at the moment doesn't make calls so I cannot call virgin but you think someone could have replied to my emails by now

Virgin Mobile don't do emails. 

Hopefully one of the team will pick things up on here
