Lost credit agreement

Hi,

I am wantng to access my online credit agreement details but cannot find the email with the details to access this anywhere (it is asking for my credit agreement number and securty key) how can I retrieve this information?

With regards to the agreement, was the information not sent at the point of sale?

Also I imagine this is regarding a handset contract?

Yes I believe it probably was, but sadly I cannot find it anywhere in my paperwork or emails. And yes, it is regarding a hanset contract.
