I lost my sim card and I am currently overseas in Australia. Can I please request a replacement?

Sorry to hear that you lost your SIM card, I can appreciate you're keen to get a new one.
Firstly we'd need to block your SIM to ensure nobody else is using it. We'd then be able to send you a new one.
However we'd only be able to send you a new SIM to a UK address, sadly we wouldn't be able to send one to Australia.
