Lost Credit agreement number

Hi, I have lost my Credit Agreement details, I can't log in to see my contract and see how much I have left to pay off my phone.

I have passed this onto our mobile team, they have advised that you should receive two emails within the next 24 hours with all the information that you need to be able to login for your credit agreement.

Like many others, it seems, after being with you for many years, I cannot find my original email with my Credit Agreement details or PIN number.

Please would you be able to reissue these details. Grateful for any assistance you can give.
