I still can’t login in to the o2 app via virgin media - has anyone managed to get a fix?

Lots of people have been having the same issue for over a week, including myself. Unfortunately there are no resolution from O2/VM at the moment.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We do apologise that you're still experiencing issues when trying to log in to your O2 Priority App.
We do have some trouble shooting steps which may resolve the issue. Can we ask if you're currently using an Android or iOS device, also
- Which handset are you using?
- Which app version are you using?
- Which OS do you have installed (please include version)?
- Have you registered for a My Virgin Media account online and do you also have the My Virgin Media app installed? If you do, are you able to log in and view your account details (package etc) in the app?

fixed it now - logged in to o2 priority via the web browser on my iPad and then the app on the iPhone started working!
