I have a mobile account
I get an email alerting me to my bill but I can't log in to view it
Try, "forgot password" it says my email isn't registered
Try "forgot username and password", it says my phone number doesn't have an account
I have access to the mobile app that shows my data, but I can't get access to my bills
I have another virgin media app that won't let me log in as above
It's all a bit pants really. Can someone help. I need to see my bills for tax purposes please
