Locked of of voicemail abroad

I ham currently in Spain and noticed that I had missed a call and received a voicemail. When I tried to access it it requested a PIN which I cannot ever remember setting so I tried a couple of usual ones and now I am locked out of my voicemail.

I now realise that I needed to set one up prior to leaving the UK.

Would any of you kind people at a Virgin Mobile be able to message me directly with instructions on how I can access my voicemail with a temporary PIN?
