Please help me...

I have changed provider and did receive the PAC from Virgin,will this automatically close my account?

I would have though I would have had some sort of communication from Virgin...but other than the PAC....nothing at all...

I have cancelled the direct debit with my bank.

Yes, using a PAC will close the Virgin Mobile account for the number you're Switching. But that won't happen until you give it to your new provider and the Switching process has completed.

Cancelling your direct debit is not a good idea in case there are some small unbilled charges to go through. I usually recommend one month after the closure of the account.

When you PAC it is unusual to hear anything from the network you are leaving.
