Ive lost my Samsung chat and some contacts cant reply to me

Hello ,I've recently changed from Vodafone to virgin.  I'm using a Samsung galaxy S10+ . As soon as I switched over about 15 of my contacts are receiving my texts but are unable to reply . Most of these contacts would automatically be on the Chat service.  I also have lost this chat service since switching so now the only way I can communicate with these contacts is through WhatsApp or email . I've contacted Samsung and Virgin and tried many things to resolve this but nothing has worked ?? Virgin sent another sim to me but no good .any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Vodafone was one of the few network to use it's own Chat servers, most use Googles Own.

You will need to deregister from Vodafone's servers and reregister.
