Issue with wi-if calling on I phone 8

Missed calls - For 4+ weeks, mainly on incoming calls, when connected to my Virgin router, with wi-fi calling enabled on I phone 8 (IOS 14.2).   Have rebooted phoned several times and got,Apple support to check device.

I phone rings for 1 sec, then cuts out, and rings again cuts out and so on.   You have to be ultra quick to hit green “phone” icon to take call.  History show several missed calls.

The caller never gets cut off initially or thru to voice mail, but eventually cut off after 5/6 secs

the I phone is working well on SIM only with wi-fi calling switched off

Is this still happening with your handset? Do you have any other Apple devices that you can test the SIM in with the WiFi Calling?
