Recently had to order a new sim card for my phone. Replacement received but still can't make/receive calls or send a text message. Appears to be a 5G card and my phone won't take 5G.
Can't access account as need text message to enable this.
Can someone please advise on this.

Thank you for making your first post regarding the issues you are experiencing with your replacement SIM card, I'm sorry to hear that you are still unable to make / receive calls or send text messages.
