Is the Virgin media website down?

I've been trying to access since last night and I keep getting

I can log into the virgin web site and view email and my account was working OK but logged in later and got the same message-

Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side.

It looks like virgin are working on the web site doing updates, so it is locked out.?

Also my diagnostic  said my tv was down but it seems ok.

Perhaps a forum member can advise when the web site will return to normal.

UPDATE-just tried again 08.20 am and now the VM website is working OK

Have you tried another browser to see if this works?

I have tried 2 browsers and my phone and still can't get in.  It's been doing this on and off for a few days but never this long

It dose seem to be intermittent at the moment, If we are able to assist further then please do let us know.
