Is the 1Gb oomph package free sim 5G?

Hi,

I have recently got a new phone that is 5g and was wondering if the free sim deal with the oomph deal is 5g?

I tried speaking to customer services, but it looks like they have just sent me out a new SIM that has 4g ready on it.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for making this post regarding if the free SIM is 5G ready.

I have taken a look into this and because your network provider is EE, unfortunately the SIM will not be 5G ready.

Not sure if you can do, but I would strongly suggest this is fed back to VM, as I renewed my oomph contract for another 18mths, and this wasn't even mentioned at the time, and I knew I would be getting a 5G capable phone soon.
