Invalid SIM on Doro Easyphone 508

The old SIM had the same issue and was hoping when we were sent a new one it would fix it but didn't.  

Any help appreciated.

SIM needed activating, which you obviously can't do with an app on a 'dumb' phone like this.

Yeah the SIM needed activating and don't worry about it showing O2 as the network, we're migrating all customers over.
